Shortlist
A shortlist in three useful columns
Need, evidence, and unanswered question: a simple way to compare.
Start with the need
In the first column, write a practical requirement in plain language. For example, you might want uncomplicated controls, clear care guidance, or delivery to a particular type of address. Keep essential requirements separate from details that would simply be nice to have.
Record the evidence
In the second column, paste the manufacturer’s or retailer’s relevant explanation and its source link. Avoid replacing a precise description with your own stronger claim. If you are using a review, note that it is a reviewer’s experience and whether the method is explained.
Make the gap visible
Use the third column for what remains uncertain. Does the care guidance cover the whole item? Is a necessary cable included? What happens if the product is faulty? A shortlist with honest blanks is more useful than one full of assumptions. Compare a few candidates, then decide whether you have enough information to choose.
